When the balance runs out you can top up on the card lookup page ($5 per top-up plus a 5% service fee; WeChat Pay adds a further 3%) — the card number stays the same, so subscriptions do not need re-linking. Unused balance is non-refundable.
Cancel before delivery · face value refunded in USDT
You can cancel any time before we send the card details email. On cancellation the gift card face value is refunded 1:1 in USDT to your PinkWallet balance ($100 face value → 100 USDT); the $10 issuance fee and the service fee are not refunded. Your balance can be used to buy another card, convert, or withdraw to an external wallet (withdrawal network fees are borne by you). Once the card details email has been sent, the order is considered delivered and cannot be cancelled or refunded.
After activation: $1 per transaction + $2.50 per month
Every charge attempt costs a $1 fee — including declined ones — plus a $2.50 monthly fee, both taken from the card balance and not included in the amount above. Cancel subscriptions you no longer use on the provider's side: otherwise they keep retrying, each failure costs another $1, and repeated failures can lead the card network to close the card early.
Refunds and card issues: contact us first
If you need a refund, or the card gets declined, contact us first via the "Contact Support" button on this site or by email at [email protected]. We will replace the card or refund you. Reaching us directly gets it handled with priority.
