This Pink Card User Agreement (the "Agreement") is a binding legal contract between you ("you" or "your") and the operator of Pink Card ("Pink Card", "we", "us" or "our"). It governs your purchase, receipt, redemption, lookup, and support use of Pink Card prepaid digital AI gift cards and related services made available through this website. Please read this Agreement carefully before purchasing or using a Pink Card. By placing an order, receiving redemption details, or using a Pink Card, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use Pink Card.
This Agreement takes effect when you first place an order, receive redemption details, redeem a Pink Card, or use any related support or lookup feature, whichever occurs first. You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement and that you accept it on your own behalf.
We may provide this Agreement in more than one language for convenience. The English version is the controlling version. If there is any inconsistency between the English version and any translation, the English version prevails.
Your continued use of Pink Card after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the changed Agreement. If you do not agree with a change, you must stop using Pink Card.
To purchase or use Pink Card you must be at least eighteen (18) years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
You are responsible for determining whether purchasing, receiving, redeeming, or using a Pink Card is lawful where you live and where you access AI services. Availability of this website does not mean Pink Card is offered where such offer would be unlawful.
Pink Card is a prepaid digital gift card for eligible AI services. It is not a loan, bank account, deposit account, stored account, investment product, money-transfer service, or lending product. We are not a bank. Pink Card does not pay interest and does not create any ownership interest in us or any AI Service Provider.
When placing an order, you select a Face Value and a payment method made available at checkout. After we confirm receipt of payment and complete any required risk review, we deliver Redemption Details to the email address you provide.
You are solely responsible for entering a correct delivery email address. If you provide an incorrect, inaccessible, or misspelled address, Redemption Details may be delivered to someone else and the Gift Card value may be lost. We are not responsible for losses caused by an email address you supplied incorrectly.
Delivery is normally completed within one (1) business day after payment confirmation, but may be delayed by network confirmation, payment review, fraud checks, compliance checks, system maintenance, or other reasonable operational needs.
Fees, service charges, payment-method surcharges, and the total amount payable are shown before you confirm payment. You agree to pay all fees shown at checkout or described in the delivery terms.
You may use Pink Card only for lawful, genuine, personal or business AI-service purposes, in accordance with this Agreement, the delivery instructions, AI Service Provider terms, and applicable law.
You are responsible for having a supported account, supported region, compatible network environment, and any other requirement imposed by the AI Service Provider. Pink Card does not guarantee that any specific AI Service Provider will approve, continue, or maintain your subscription, API access, or account.
You must not use, attempt to use, or permit any other person to use Pink Card for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited purposes. Prohibited purposes include:
We may conduct gift-card risk review before or after purchase, delivery, lookup, redemption, support, refund, or balance adjustment. Risk review may include order screening, payment verification, email validation, fraud scoring, sanctions checks, usage-pattern review, and support-history review.
To comply with law, prevent fraud, protect users, or manage operational risk, we may request additional information, delay delivery, limit purchase amounts, decline an order, suspend lookup access, withhold delivery, freeze a Gift Card, reverse or correct balance records, refuse support for suspicious activity, or terminate Services.
You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information whenever requested and to update it promptly if it changes. We are not liable for delays or losses resulting from risk review, compliance checks, incorrect information, or your failure to respond to reasonable requests.
AI services are provided by independent third parties. We do not control their pricing, account rules, regional availability, uptime, refund policies, product features, model access, or safety enforcement. Their terms apply to your use of their services.
A redemption or subscription attempt may fail because of AI Service Provider restrictions, account status, region, network environment, insufficient balance, expired offers, technical errors, fraud prevention, compliance review, or other reasons outside our control.
You are responsible for reading all delivery instructions, keeping Redemption Details confidential, and using the Gift Card before any stated expiration or service-specific deadline.
Before delivery, meaning before Redemption Details have been sent, you may contact support to request cancellation. If approved, we will refund the order to the original or another reasonable method, less any third-party costs that cannot be recovered.
After Redemption Details have been sent, the product is deemed delivered. Because digital gift card details can be copied, transferred, or used immediately, orders are generally non-cancellable, non-returnable, and non-refundable after delivery, except where required by mandatory law or expressly approved by us.
Support requests should include your order number, delivery email, payment reference, and a concise description of the issue. We may decline support where information is missing, inconsistent, fraudulent, abusive, or unrelated to Pink Card.
Treat Redemption Details and Lookup Details like cash. Anyone with access to them may be able to redeem the Gift Card, view balance, or interfere with support. Do not post, forward, screenshot publicly, or store them in an insecure location.
We are not responsible for unauthorized use, loss, disclosure, or misdelivery caused by your device compromise, email account compromise, forwarding, incorrect email address, social engineering, phishing, or failure to protect Redemption Details.
We collect and use information needed to process orders, deliver Gift Cards, provide support, perform risk review, prevent abuse, comply with law, and improve Services. Such information may include order details, email address, payment reference, device or browser data, support messages, and lookup records.
We may share information with service providers, payment partners, compliance vendors, infrastructure vendors, professional advisors, or authorities where reasonably necessary for the purposes described above or required by law.
Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation.
We do not warrant that Pink Card will be accepted by any AI Service Provider, that any AI subscription or API access will remain active, that any AI account will avoid restriction, or that any specific outcome will be achieved.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for loss of data, business interruption, account restriction, missed subscription period, failed redemption, or third-party service issue.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim relating to a Pink Card will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific Gift Card giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, demand, loss, liability, damage, cost, or expense arising from your breach of this Agreement, misuse of Pink Card, violation of law, violation of third-party rights, or dispute with an AI Service Provider.
We may suspend or terminate Services, decline orders, withhold delivery, disable lookup access, or refuse support where we reasonably believe there is fraud, abuse, security risk, legal risk, sanctions concern, payment issue, or violation of this Agreement.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including fees, prohibited use, risk controls, privacy, no warranties, limitation of liability, indemnity, dispute provisions, and general terms.
We may change, suspend, discontinue, rename, reprice, or limit any part of Services at any time. We may update this Agreement by posting a new version on this website. Changes apply prospectively unless otherwise required by law.
Before starting any formal dispute, you agree to contact support and give us a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue. You must provide your order number, delivery email, payment reference, and all relevant facts.
Any claim must be brought on an individual basis and not as a class, representative, collective, or private attorney-general action, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
