FAQ

Questions buyers ask most often

If your question is not covered, contact support with your order number.

01

Delivery time?

Delivery is automatic: redemption details are emailed within 5–10 minutes of payment confirmation. If nothing arrives after 10 minutes, contact support with your order number.

02

Refunds?

You can cancel before delivery. Once redemption details are sent, orders are generally non-refundable.

03

Can I reload it?

Yes. When the balance runs out, enter your card number and lookup code on the Check Balance page to top up. The card number stays the same, so subscriptions do not need re-linking. Each top-up costs $5 plus a 5% service fee (WeChat Pay adds a further 3%) and is non-refundable once paid. Funds reach the card within about 30 minutes.

04

Email missing?

Check spam first, then contact support with your order number.

Declines

Your card is declined when you add it to an AI subscription

When a Pink Card is declined by Claude, ChatGPT or a similar service, it is almost always one of the four reasons below. Work through them in order — most cases can be resolved on your own.

01

Is the balance enough?

The balance has to cover the subscription price plus tax, with room left for the merchant's pre-authorisation hold. An insufficient balance is declined outright.

02

Any past declines on the account?

If the AI service account already has failed or declined charges on record, new cards on it keep getting blocked by risk checks. Subscribing from a fresh account is the reliable fix.

03

Do the address and network match?

Most declines happen when the billing address, the region your traffic exits from, and the details the card is registered under do not agree, and the merchant's payment processor (Stripe) blocks the attempt.

04

Are you paying on the official site?

Always subscribe and top up on the AI provider's own website. Third-party resellers and proxy-payment channels are not supported.

Troubleshooting

Work through it in order, and avoid repeat attempts

An address or network mismatch is something you can fix yourself. Change one thing at a time, and give the risk checks room to cool down between attempts.

01

Remove the old card first

Delete any card already saved on the AI service account, then add your Pink Card again using a billing address that matches the region your network exits from.

02

Still declined?

Switch to a different node in that same region and pair it with a new billing address for that region. If the account itself is already flagged, start again from a fresh account.

03

Can I keep retrying?

Please do not. Repeated failures in a short window strengthen the risk flag, and the account, IP and device can all end up restricted. Pause after a failure and try again once the cooldown has passed.

04

Merchants we cannot support

Merchants acquired in mainland China, such as Alipay and Taobao, are restricted by the merchant's country or region and will always be declined. This is unrelated to balance, address or network, so changing either one will not help.
