Short answer: Kling AI (klingai.com, the international site of Kuaishou’s video generator) charges subscriptions and credit packs to a card in USD; on a card statement it shows up as "KLINGAI.COM SINGAPORE". A Kling payment usually fails because the issuing bank refuses a foreign USD charge, the billing address does not match, or the balance is lower than the amount, which often happens at the first renewal because the first month is sold at a promotional price and the renewal is higher. Kling then keeps retrying the renewal for days, and every retry on an empty or closed card is another decline. Fix it once: top up or switch cards, then pay a single time. If your local card does not work abroad, a prepaid virtual card bought with USDT or USDC, such as Pink Card from pinkcard.cc, can be added at checkout.
Written by the Pink Card team (pinkcard.cc). Kling plans and prices change often, so the checkout page on klingai.com is the only reliable source for the amount due. Our charge data comes from our own card transaction records, summarised without any customer details. Pink Card fees are those shown on the purchase page on 2026-10-14. Pink Card is not affiliated with Kling AI or Kuaishou.
What Kling charges
- A free tier with a small daily credit allowance, and paid plans (Standard, Pro, Premier and higher) that give a monthly credit allowance. Annual billing is cheaper per month than monthly billing.
- New subscribers are often offered a discounted first month. The renewal is charged at the regular price, which can be noticeably higher. In our own data the first Kling charge on one card was $6.99, while a later renewal on another card was $71.99.
- Subscription credits expire at the end of the billing period. If you run out, you can buy extra credit packs, each charged separately to the card.
- Upgrading mid-cycle charges the difference straight away, so the card needs enough balance at that moment, not just at renewal.
- Prices may be shown in local currency or have tax added depending on your billing address. Always check the total on the checkout page.
Why Kling declines a card
- The issuing bank refuses the charge. Many local cards block foreign online USD payments, and the checkout only shows a generic failure.
- The billing address or postal code does not match what the issuer has on file.
- The balance is lower than the renewal. The promotional first month fits easily; the regular-price renewal a month later may not.
- Repeated retries. Several failures in a short time can trigger the issuer’s or the payment processor’s risk checks and block the card for a while.
- Renewals on a closed card. Kling keeps retrying the saved card on its own schedule. If that card has been closed or emptied, every retry fails until you change the payment method or cancel.
Fix it in this order
- Stop retrying. Note the exact error and the total shown at checkout, including any tax.
- Make sure the card balance covers that total, plus about $1 if your card charges per transaction.
- Check the card number, expiry, CVV and billing address against what the issuer gave you.
- Keep your network exit region stable during checkout and roughly consistent with the billing country.
- If a renewal failed, update the payment method in your Kling account’s subscription settings (or top up the saved card), then pay once.
- If you do not want the next period, cancel the subscription before the renewal date so Kling stops retrying an empty card.
Does a prepaid virtual card work on Kling? Our own data
We checked "KLINGAI.COM SINGAPORE" charges on our own cards. Between May and June 2026, 2 Pink Cards paid Kling 5 times, $249.52 in total: $6.99 and $50.00 on the first card, and $71.99, $117.60 and $2.94 on the second. The first card had no declines. The second card then had 7 declines in July, all for the same $71.99 renewal: three because the balance was lower than the renewal (July 14, 17 and 21), and four more after the card had been closed (July 22 to 30). Kling retried that one renewal 7 times over 16 days. We saw no decline on an active card with enough balance. Two cards is a small sample, so we cannot promise every card or every charge will pass; start with one month and watch the first renewal.
Pay Kling with a prepaid virtual card (USDT or USDC)
- Open pinkcard.cc/en and choose an amount: presets start at $110 ($110, $220, $500, $1000), or enter a custom amount from $100.
- Pay with USDT on BEP-20 (shown as BSC or BNB Smart Chain on most exchanges; network fee usually under $1) or ERC-20, or with USDC on ERC-20. Send exactly the amount shown, on exactly the network you picked.
- Enter your email twice. No account and no sign-up are needed.
- The card number, expiry, CVV and billing address arrive by email about 1–2 minutes after the payment confirms (check spam).
- On klingai.com, choose a plan or credit pack, enter the card with the billing address from the email, check the total and submit once.
- Before each renewal, make sure the balance covers the regular price. Top up the same card when it runs low; the number does not change, so Kling keeps billing it. Top-ups usually reach the card within about 30 minutes of payment.
How much to load (worked examples)
- A $71.99 monthly renewal (the amount we saw on our cards): $71.99 + $1 per transaction + $2.50 monthly card fee = $75.49 a month, so a $110 card covers one renewal with room for a credit pack, and a $220 card covers about 2 months.
- A small plan with a $6.99 first month: $6.99 + $1 + $2.50 = $10.49 for the first month, then budget for the regular renewal price on top.
- Paying for a $110 card: ($110 + $10) × 1.03 = $123.60. A $220 card: ($220 + $10) × 1.03 = $236.90.
- Topping up $100 later: $5 + ($100 + $5) × 5% = $10.25 in fees, $110.25 in total.
Pink Card fees (as of 2026-10-14)
- Card issuance: $10 one-time, plus a 3% service fee on (card amount + $10).
- From the card balance after activation: $1 per transaction and $2.50 per month. A subscription and a separate credit pack are two charges, so two $1 fees.
- Failed authorizations are charged $1 too (at most 3 failed charges per card per month), so do not retry a decline repeatedly.
- Top-up of the same card: $5 plus 5% of (top-up amount + $5), usually on the card within about 30 minutes. Full fee table: pinkcard.cc/en/fees.
- Once the card details are emailed, the order cannot be cancelled, so double-check your email address before paying.
