Short answer: Suno on the web bills a credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, plus Google Pay or Apple Pay in some regions). A Suno payment is usually declined because your bank refuses a foreign USD charge, the billing address or postal code does not match the card, or the balance does not cover the full charge, especially the one-time yearly charge plus tax. Stop after two failed attempts, fix the address and balance, and retry once. If your local card does not work abroad, a prepaid virtual card bought with USDT or USDC, such as Pink Card from pinkcard.cc, can be added to your own Suno account.
Written by the Pink Card team (pinkcard.cc). Suno prices are list prices as of October 2026 (check suno.com/pricing for current numbers); Pink Card fees are those shown on the purchase page on 2026-10-12.
What Suno charges
- Free: 50 credits per day, reset daily. Songs made on the free plan do not come with commercial use rights.
- Pro: 2,500 credits per month. $10 per month, or $96 per year (about $8/month). Includes commercial use rights.
- Premier: 10,000 credits per month. $30 per month, or $288 per year (about $24/month). Includes commercial use rights.
- Yearly billing is about 20% cheaper but is charged in one payment, so the card must cover $96 or $288 at once. Tax for your billing region may be added at checkout.
- Paid credits reset once a month on your billing date and do not roll over. Subscribers who run out can buy extra credits from suno.com/account; each top-up is a separate card charge.
Web checkout or in-app purchase?
- Web (suno.com): pays by card in USD; the subscription and extra credits are managed at suno.com/account.
- iPhone or Android app: billed by the App Store or Google Play, so you can use your app store balance, a gift card or PayPal linked to the store. The price can differ from the web, and cancelling or refunds go through Apple or Google, not Suno.
- Do not subscribe twice. If you already subscribed in the app, a second web subscription is billed separately. Check where your current plan came from on suno.com/account first.
Why Suno declines a card
- Issuing country and bank rules. Many banks block or flag online charges from overseas merchants, and some issuing countries are refused by the processor. The balance does not matter here; the decline happens before any money moves.
- Billing address check. The processor compares the address and postal code you enter with what the issuer has on file. A wrong country, a missing postal code or an invented address often causes a silent decline.
- Balance does not cover the full charge. The yearly plan takes $96 or $288 in one go, and tax may be added on top. A card loaded for the monthly price will fail on the yearly plan.
- Several charges in a short time. Subscribing and then buying extra credits several times in one day, or retrying the same card again and again, can make the processor or the issuer block the card for hours.
- Renewal on a card that no longer works. If the card was closed or emptied, Suno keeps retrying the monthly renewal; when it fails, the account drops back to the free plan.
- 3D Secure or bank verification not completed. If your bank asks for a code or app confirmation and the window closes, the payment is declined.
Fix it in this order
- Stop clicking Pay. Check which charge failed (new subscription, renewal or extra credits) and read the exact message.
- Check the balance covers the amount at checkout including tax, plus about $1 if you pay with a prepaid card that charges per transaction. For a yearly plan, cover the whole year.
- Re-enter the card number, expiry, CVV and the billing address exactly as the issuer has it, including the postal code. For a prepaid virtual card, use the billing address that comes with the card.
- Keep one stable network location during checkout, consistent with the billing country.
- Submit once more only. After two or three declines on the same card, wait several hours or use a different card instead of retrying.
Does a prepaid virtual card work on Suno?
We checked Suno charges on our own cards: 4 cardholders paid Suno with 5 Pink Cards, and both the $10 Pro monthly charge and the $96 Pro yearly charge went through. The failed attempts were either over the balance or transaction limit, or a closed card that Suno kept trying to renew. The sample is small, so we cannot promise every card and every charge will pass; start with a modest amount and do not retry a decline repeatedly.
Pay Suno with a prepaid virtual card (USDT or USDC)
- Open pinkcard.cc/en and choose an amount: presets start at $110 ($110, $220, $500, $1000), or enter a custom amount from $100.
- Pay with USDT on BEP-20 (shown as BSC or BNB Smart Chain on most exchanges; network fee usually under $1) or ERC-20, or with USDC on ERC-20. Send exactly the amount shown, on exactly the network you picked.
- Enter your email twice. No account and no sign-up are needed.
- The card number, expiry, CVV and billing address arrive by email about 1–2 minutes after the payment confirms (check spam).
- On suno.com, open Pricing, pick Pro or Premier and monthly or yearly, enter the card with the billing address from the email, check the final amount and submit once.
- Before the balance runs low, top up the same card. The number does not change, so Suno keeps renewing without re-adding the card. Top-ups usually reach the card within about 30 minutes of payment.
How much to load (worked examples)
- Pro monthly: $10 × 1.2 (tax headroom) + $1 per transaction + $2.50 monthly card fee ≈ $15.50 per month, so the $110 preset covers about 7 months.
- Premier monthly: $30 × 1.2 + $1 + $2.50 ≈ $39.50 per month, so $110 covers about 2 months and $220 about 5 months.
- Pro yearly: one charge of $96 plus any tax. With no tax at checkout, $96 + $1 fits on the $110 preset; if tax is added, load a custom amount of $120 or more.
- Premier yearly: one charge of $288 plus any tax. Load a custom amount of at least $300, or about $350 if tax is added.
- Paying for a $110 card: ($110 + $10) × 1.03 = $123.60 in USDT or USDC.
- Topping up $100 later: $5 + ($100 + $5) × 5% = $10.25 in fees, $110.25 in total.
Pink Card fees (as of 2026-10-12)
- Card issuance: $10 one-time, plus a 3% service fee on (card amount + $10).
- From the card balance after activation: $1 per transaction and $2.50 per month.
- Failed authorizations are charged $1 too (at most 3 failed charges per card per month). Subscription charges and extra-credit purchases are separate transactions, and each one counts.
- Top-up of the same card: $5 plus 5% of (top-up amount + $5), usually on the card within about 30 minutes. Full fee table: pinkcard.cc/en/fees.
- Once the card details are emailed, the order cannot be cancelled, so double-check your email address before paying.
